Dream Work
Do’s and Don’ts

Dream work requires practice in becoming aware of and directing the focus of your consciousness. Exercises such as different forms of meditation, creative visualization and projection of consciousness can help you develop the skill of directing your consciousness through the various components of the mind. Mastery of this skill will imprint the reasoning mind with new neuro-passageways that will allow you to access your cellular memory at will for conscious retrieval of data.

These skills are the beginning stages of mastery of the conscious focus within the dream state and the entry point to a whole new world of multidimensional frontiers to explore. Dream realities will eventually lead you to multi-dimensional cognition and mobility. Developing the skill of navigating the contours of dream reality will accelerate the process of unifying the components of mind and levels of identity to expedite the process of soul integration.

MINDFUL SLEEPING
  • Sleep is a powerful tool

  • Before we go to bed our mind can absorb more information than during the day

  • Sleep recharges the physical body by pulling in higher frequencies

DO's
  1. Practice meditation

  2. Practice bedtime rituals

  3. Go to bed at a regular time

DON'TS

  1. Go to bed too tired. You need enough Quanta to travel and also to recall your multidimensional experiences.

  2. Eat, smoke or drink before bed. This will reduce the amount of REM sleep you get.

  3. Use your phone or computer before bed. The blue light emitted by your cell phone screen restrains the production of melatonin, the hormone that controls your sleep-wake cycle.
